Seward High School

Thursday Dec 1st

- 2:30pm Depart Nikiski High School for Seward

- 5:30pm Arrive at Seward
- 5:45pm Practice

- 8:00pm Coaches Meeting

- 9:30pm Lights out (TEAM AT BREEZE INN )

Friday Dec 2nd

- 7:30am Weigh Ins (+2 106=108)

- 9:00am Wrestling Begins

Saturday Dec 3rd

- 7:30am Weigh Ins (+3 106=109)

- 9:00am Wrestling Begins

- 11:30pm Approximate return time to Nikiski High School

General Info:

1. Bring Homework.

2. Bring at least $50.00 to pay for food Thurs afternoon and all day Friday and Saturday.

3. Pack your headgear, shoes, singlet, warm up, and shower materials.

4. Pack one extra pair of clean work out clothes

5. Bring winter clothing. Winter Jackets, hat and gloves required.

Other Info:

-Our conference qualifies the top five in each weight class to the state meet.

-Northwest Designs will be making and selling tournament attire in our high school commons during the two day event.
-DENALI/KACHEMAK CONFERENCE SCHOOLS INVITED

• Friday: 10:00am – 12:30 Practice
• Saturday: 10:00am – 12:30 practice (for wrestlers not going to Homer)
• 3:00 Depart Nikiski HS for Homer
• 5:30 Wrestling begins (NO WEIGH INS!)
• 8:30pm Estimated return to Nikiski High School
